Country rap artist Jelly Roll<\/strong><\/a> was slated to deliver a highly-anticipated performance during The Voice<\/em><\/a> season 24 finale on December 19, 2023. Unfortunately, at the start of the episode, host Carson Daly<\/strong> announced that the singer was unable to make it and wished for him to \u201cfeel better\u201d soon. This led many fans to wonder what caused Jelly\u2019s absence and worry about his health. Thankfully, the \u201cSon of a Sinner\u201d hitmaker quickly addressed the confusion.\n<\/p>\n After Carson\u2019s announcement, Jelly took to Facebook<\/a> to reveal why he couldn\u2019t make it to The Voice<\/em> that night. He told fans that he was \u201clooking forward to performing,\u201d but he was \u201cextremely sick\u201d and had to pull out of the finale. Though Jelly didn\u2019t share exactly what his ailment was, he apologized to viewers who were excited to see him on stage.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m sorry if I have disappointed anyone \u2014 if there was even a slight chance I could perform I would be on that stage tonight,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n Fans flooded the comments section to share well wishes and support for Jelly.<\/p>\n \u201cLove you !
