\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n General Hospital<\/strong><\/a><\/em> will soon be saying goodbye to a believed character.<\/p>\n ABC\u2019s Emmy-winning soap opera has announced the air dates for the memorial episodes for longtime character Bobbie Spencer after actress Jacklyn Zeman<\/strong><\/a> died earlier this year.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Beginning New Year\u2019s week, the characters of Port Charles will learn that their beloved Bobbie has died. The show will then air two memorial episodes on Wednesday, Jan. 10 and Thursday, Jan. 11 where characters from the past and present will come together to celebrate Bobbie\u2019s life.<\/p>\n This includes Bobbie\u2019s daughter Carly (Laura Wright<\/strong><\/a>), Maxie (Kirsten Storms<\/strong><\/a>), who received Bobbie\u2019s late daughter\u2019s heart as a child, Laura (Genie Francis<\/strong><\/a>), Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst<\/strong><\/a>), Scott (Kin Shriner<\/strong><\/a>), and Felicia (Kristina Wagner<\/strong><\/a>). Also featured in the memorial episodes are Sonny (Maurice Benard<\/strong><\/a>), Anna (Finola Hughes<\/strong><\/a>), and Lucy (Lynn Herring<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n Ryan Carnes<\/strong><\/a>, who played Bobbie\u2019s son Lucas, will also be returning for the memorial episodes.<\/p>\n Jacklyn<\/strong>, who first joined General Hospital<\/em> in 1977, died in May shortly after being diagnosed with cancer<\/a>. She was 70.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen we shot the memorial, the entire cast was there. And it wasn\u2019t just for Bobbie; it was for Jackie as well,\u201d Laura<\/strong> shared with People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI mean, walking on set and seeing her photo, seeing all the pamphlets of like when you come to a memorial or a celebration of life, the pamphlet speaking about the individual and who is going to speak, it was bittersweet.\u201d<\/p>\n Laura<\/strong> added, \u201cIt was about Jackie and everyone was so present\u2026It was like we as a cast got to really say goodbye.\u201d <\/p>\n New episodes of General Hospital<\/em> air weekdays at 3pm ET on ABC.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
