Back in November of 2022, Kailyn Lowry welcomed her fifth child.<\/p>\n

But she kept the news under wraps until just a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n

Shortly thereafter, Lowry revealed that she was pregnant with twins<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Many fans are convinced that she\u2019s since given birth to her sixth and seventh kids and is once again keeping it on the DL.<\/p>\n
