News<\/a>, Jason <\/strong>explained that his \u201cdiet\u201d for the film was very simple and straightforward. <\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t do calories. I just eat,\u201d he said, adding that he ate \u201ceverything.\u201d Jason<\/strong> explained, saying, \u201cBecause you\u2019re burning so many calories, I just eat and consume. I\u2019m constantly moving and work long days.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI just shovel it in, and then work hard,\u201d he continued. \u201cWork hard, eat hard, play hard, just do it.\u201d<\/p>\n The main purpose of the diet and maintaining his fitness was to make sure he didn\u2019t injure himself filming. <\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019ve got to be prepared. You\u2019re putting on a suit that\u2019s going to weigh 40 pounds. You\u2019ve got to be able to move. That kind of action just puts a lot of weight on your knees.
