Justin Timberlake<\/a> said “no disrespect” before performing his now-controversial hit ‘Cry Me A River’.<\/p>\n

Justin Timberlake admitted he means ‘no disrespect’ to Britney Spears<\/p>\n

The 42-year-old singer’s ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears<\/a>, claimed she felt like a \u201charlot who\u2019d broken the heart of America\u2019s golden boy” in Justin’s music video for the noughties tune, which came after their well-publicised split in 2002.<\/p>\n

And before he performed the track at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas on Wednesday (13.12.23), Justin broke his silence and addressed the drama with two words.<\/p>\n

In a fan-filmed clip that has gone viral, he simply said: “No disrespect.”<\/p>\n

The ‘Toxic’ hitmaker, also 42, made the comments against Justin in her tell-all memoir ‘The Woman In Me’, in which she also claimed she chose to abort Justin\u2019s baby when they were together as he wasn\u2019t ready to be a dad.<\/p>\n

\nShe said about the termination when she was 19: \u201cI loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I\u2019d anticipated. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cBut Justin definitely wasn\u2019t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren\u2019t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nBritney added having the abortion was \u201cone of the most agonising things I have ever experienced in my life\u201d. <\/p>\n

\nThe ‘Oops!… I Did It Again’ hitmaker also confessed that she cheated on Justin with Michael Jackson abuse accuser Wade Robson.<\/p>\n

\nIt has long been rumoured Britney and Justin split after three years of dating as she cheated with Australian choreographer Wade, 41, with the lyrics to the song fuelling speculation.<\/p>\n

\nIn her book, she wrote: \u201cWe were out one night and we went to a Spanish bar. We danced and danced. I made out with him that night.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nBritney also insists she stayed loyal to Justin for years \u201cwith that one exception\u201d, and that they were able to stay together afterwards and move past it.<\/p>\n

\nJustin, who is now settled with two sons with his actress wife Jessica Biel, 41, was said to be reeling over the revelations in Britney\u2019s book.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
