Shep Rose<\/strong><\/a> finally exploded on Austen Kroll<\/strong><\/a> during the newest episode of Southern Charm<\/em><\/a> and admitted he was not cool with Austen kissing his ex-girlfriend Taylor Ann Green<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou can\u2019t change. That\u2019s the problem here, Shep,\u201d Austen, 36, told Shep, 43, during the Thursday, December 14, episode of the Bravo series after the two pals had been day drinking on a boat in Jamaica. (The episode filmed earlier this year.)<\/p>\n

Shep fired back, saying, \u201cI have a lot of good friends and I don\u2019t need you,\u201d to which Austen replied, \u201cI care about people, and I would never say that to you.\u201d Shep argued that Austen\u2019s claim about caring for others was \u201crich,\u201d hinting that he was still upset over Austen kissing Taylor, 28, shortly after she and Shep called it quits<\/a> in 2022 after two years of dating.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe cast of Southern Charm has been entertaining Bravo fans since 2014, but sometimes, their offscreen scandals and controversies overshadow their onscreen antics. When Southern Charm premiered, it starred Thomas Ravenel, Shep Rose, Cameran Eubanks, Craig Conover, Whitney Sudler-Smith and Jenna King. During season 1, Thomas met Kathryn Dennis, who is nearly 30 years his [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After tiptoeing around the conversation for weeks, Austen finally fessed up to how his hookup with Taylor transpired. \u201cYou certainly painted out Taylor Ann to be the victim,\u201d Austen alleged, telling Shep, \u201cShe f\u2013king grabbed me, my friend. She came on to me<\/a> motherf\u2013er. Not the other way around.\u201d<\/p>\n

Viewers learned earlier in season 9 that Austen and Taylor kissed in late 2022 after their respective splits<\/a> from Olivia Flowers<\/strong> and Shep. Austen and Taylor initially kept their hookup a secret, and once it came out, Shep chose to forgive Austen<\/a> and not discuss it further. Olivia, 31, had a different approach and slammed both Austen, whom she dated in 2022, and Taylor, who was one of her best friends.<\/p>\n

Beginning with season 1, which premiered in 2014, OG stars Craig Conover, Shep Rose and Kathryn Dennis let fans see the good, the bad and the messy parts of their romantic relationships. \u201cI would never betray you,\u201d Shep insisted on Thursday\u2019s episode, claiming that he chose to take the high road<\/a> after Austen\u2019s actions. \u201cWhat I\u2019m trying to say is, overwhelming I\u2019ve been gracious and kind to a guy who hooked up with my f\u2013king girlfriend a month after we broke up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Austen argued that Shep told him it was \u201call good\u201d so he was \u201cjust taking your lead\u201d and moving forward with their friendship. \u201cYou don\u2019t give a f\u2013k about anyone except for yourself,\u201d Shep claimed. When Austen asked, \u201cDo you really believe that?\u201d Shep responded, \u201cWhen it comes to women, yes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shep noted that when he was Austen\u2019s age he was \u201ca f\u2013king scoundrel,\u201d but he alleged that Austen was worse. \u201cYou are a total scoundrel,\u201d Shep said of his longtime friend. \u201cIf that\u2019s how you feel, I don\u2019t know what to say,\u201d Austen concluded.<\/p>\n

Shep and Austen left the room at a standstill, and Shep later told the cameras that Austen\u2019s inability to tell him the truth earlier is what bugged him. \u201cRight after the Austen and Taylor thing, Austen and I spent three weeks in Australia together. He didn\u2019t say a word,\u201d Shep said during a confessional. \u201cDo you have any concept of friendship? Loyalty? [Does] that enter into your brain at any moment?\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the episode, Olivia once again made her feelings about the scandal known after new stories about Austen and Taylor resurfaced on the internet.<\/p>\n
