Tiffany Haddish<\/a>\u00a0has been charged weeks after <\/span>her DUI arrest<\/a>. The Los Angeles District Attorney confirms to ET that the 44-year-old actress has been charged with two misdemeanors, one for driving under the influence of alcohol and another for driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol content.<\/span><\/p>\n Haddish’s arraignment has been scheduled for Dec. 22.\u00a0<\/span>TMZ<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>was first to report the news of Haddish’s charges.\u00a0ET has reached out to Haddish for comment.<\/span><\/p>\n Last month, the\u00a0Beverly Hills Police Department <\/span>confirmed to ET<\/a>\u00a0that Haddish was cited by officers after witnesses allegedly observed her stopped in the middle of Beverly Drive, apparently asleep with her car still running.<\/span><\/p>\n This incident marked Haddish’s\u00a0<\/span>second arrest for driving under the influence<\/a>, with the first occurring in January 2022. At that time, she was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, after officers responded to a report of someone sleeping behind the wheel. Haddish faced charges of DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, eventually being released after posting a $1,666 bond.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n When ET exclusively spoke to Haddish following her November arrest, <\/span>she\u00a0pledged<\/a> that “this will never happen again,” adding,\u00a0“I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”<\/span><\/p>\n
