Dakota Johnson<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s deep love of sleep and desire to take midday baths are two of her most relatable traits yet.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t have a regular [wake-up] time,\u201d Johnson, 34, told the Wall Street Journal<\/em><\/a> in an interview published on Monday, December 11. \u201cIt depends on what\u2019s happening in my life. If I\u2019m not working, if I have a day off on a Monday, then I will sleep as long as I can.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Madame Web<\/em> actress confessed, \u201cSleep is my No. 1 priority<\/a> in life,\u201d revealing that she\u2019s \u201cnot functional\u201d unless she gets at least 10 hours of rest. \u201cI can easily go 14 hours,\u201d she said of her sleeping preferences.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in December 2017 that the Coldplay singer had moved on with the Fifty Shades of Grey star less than two years after his divorce [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once Johnson wakes up, she said she has \u201ccoffee as quickly as I can,\u201d noting she\u2019s \u201cnot really a breakfast person.\u201d Her go-to drink? \u201cI love an oat milk flat white,\u201d she replied.<\/p>\n

While Johnson is often busy with work, she makes sure to unwind with a nice bath whenever possible. \u201cI will get in a bathtub at any moment, any time of the day,\u201d she explained. \u201cIf in the middle of the day, I\u2019m like, \u2018Oh God, what is this world?\u2019 I\u2019ll get in the bathtub.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Fifty Shades of Grey<\/em> star noted that she finds \u201cwater really grounding,\u201d but her tub time is just one way she centers herself between jobs. \u201cI do transcendental meditation,\u201d Johnson added. \u201cI\u2019ve been really into breathwork recently and that\u2019s been helping me a lot with anxiety.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fitness is another priority in Johnson\u2019s life. \u201cI do a lot of hot yoga and Pilates and body weight training,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n

Johnson\u2019s relaxed lifestyle appears to have stretched into her personal relationships<\/a>, including her romance with Chris Martin<\/strong>. The twosome, who have been dating since 2017 following a brief split in 2019, are very low-key.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve been together for quite a while,\u201d Johnson told Elle UK<\/em><\/a> in December 2021. \u201cAnd we go out sometimes, but we both work so much that it\u2019s nice to be at home and be cozy and private. Most of the partying takes place inside my house.\u201d<\/p>\n
