I heard The View<\/em> is the place to announce things like this. I\u2019m engaged!\u201d Yvette<\/strong> announced as she held up her hand to show off her new engagement ring.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Yvette<\/strong> went on to share that she and Anthony<\/strong> first met and became friends decades ago at a church acting class. The two went their separate ways, but re-connected in 2021 after her mother passed away.<\/p>\n When asked how Anthony<\/strong> proposed, Yvette<\/strong> shared, \u201cAn auditorium was named after me at my old high school, it was so many things, we were celebrating that, and then we were at a party, and he gave me a [lottery scratch card], and on the scratcher it said, \u2018Will you marry me?\u2019 I thought I was going to win some money, and I won a man.\u201d <\/p>\n Anthony<\/strong> \u2013 who was in the audience \u2013 then added, \u201cShe\u2019s just the most beautiful person in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n Congrats to the happy couple!
