Celebrities, including Jake Gyllenhaal<\/strong><\/a>, Brad Pitt<\/strong><\/a> and more are just like Us<\/em> when it comes to meeting their idols \u2014 and other famous stars<\/a>.<\/p>\n Gyllenhaal recalled being starstruck when he met Pitt on the set of The Good Girl <\/em>in the early 2000s.<\/p>\n \u201cI was working with Jennifer Aniston<\/strong><\/a>, who was his wife at the time, and there were a lot of very racy scenes. I remember putting my hand out to shake his, and accidentally hitting the door,\u201d Gyllenhaal told the outlet. \u201c[Brad] said, so confidently and kindly, \u2018Well, you have another one. It\u2019s all right.\u2019 He was very, very, very sweet to me, and it was actually a really lovely exchange. But, yeah, I was starstruck.\u201d<\/p>\n Pitt, for his part, remembered what it was like meeting one of his all-time favorite actors Luke Perry<\/a>, while the duo worked on Once Upon a Time in Hollywood<\/em><\/a>. The movie was released two months after the Beverly Hills, 90210<\/em> alum died in March 2019<\/a> after suffering a massive stroke at age 52.<\/p>\n
