Jason Tartick<\/strong><\/a> is still emotional over his split from\u00a0fianc\u00e9e Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/strong><\/a>, crying while speaking about her four months after ending their engagement<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cKaitlyn meant so much to me and still currently does, and I get so worried,\u201d Jason, 35, revealed during a December 8 appearance on former Bachelor Nation host Chris Harrison<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cThe Most Dramatic Podcast Ever\u201d episode.<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cI want to preface this \u2026 I just get so worried about the repercussions of what I say and I care, still, so much for her and it\u2019s really, really hard for me to have these conversations. So, I\u2019ll do my best.\u201d<\/p>\n Jason\u2019s first episode of crying occurred when he tried to describe how he sensed that their breakup was \u201con the horizon.<\/p>\n \u201cYou haven\u2019t even asked a good question,\u201d the Buffalo, New York, native said after getting his composure back. \u201cIt was a tough time so to go back to it, it\u2019s tough. I\u2019m also bad at that, I\u2019ve worked on it. I always have been someone who hates showing my emotions, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.\u201d<\/p>\n Jason broke down for a second time when admitted he still loved Kaitlyn \u201cso much,\u201d and was feeling \u201cvery sensitive these days.\u201d<\/p>\n When trying to describe what led to their split, he explained, \u201cThe way I would say it, there was a lot of deteriorating complacency. \u2026 F\u2013k,\u201d and began to cry again, adding, \u201cSo that\u2019s my answer.\u201d<\/p>\n Chris, 52, attempted to comfort Jason describing how difficult it is knowing that Kaitlyn, 38, is still out there and he can\u2019t be with her.<\/p>\n \u201cYou don\u2019t want to belittle someone who\u2019s lost a significant other. You don\u2019t want to compare but a big breakup, a divorce, it\u2019s a loss,\u201d Chris began. \u201cYou are mourning the loss of something and it\u2019s different than losing a significant other or [my wife], Lauren [Zima], losing her dad, but at the same time, you are still losing something and you\u2019re losing someone and what\u2019s also difficult about that is that someone still exists. They didn\u2019t go away. They did not die, you\u2019re going to see them.\u201d<\/p>\n Jason and Kaitlyn came face to face at Chris\u2019 wedding to Lauren on November 5. He described the experience<\/a> nine days later on his \u201cTrading Secrets\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n \u201cThere was a lot of energy that we were both holding, and it wasn\u2019t maybe the best energy,\u201d Jason admitted, adding, \u201cAnd when we saw each other, [I] didn\u2019t know what to expect, but it was great. It was friendly. It was cordial. It was respectful.\u201d He also revealed that he hadn\u2019t seen Kaitlyn since moving out of her Nashville home at the end of August.<\/p>\n At the time, The Bachelor alum shared a heartbreaking Instagram video<\/a> of him and a friend moving his belongings into a truck and taking them to a storage locker. He showed their pet golden retrievers Ramen and Pinot looking on longingly as he went about the process.<\/p>\n \u201cI share this bc although I said I was ok, I wasn\u2019t and not only did I want him there that day and I needed him there that day. This has been another reminder to me that it\u2019s ok to show weakness, it\u2019s ok to ask for help and that the support from family\/friends is truly unbreakable when they know you really need to lean in,\u201d Jason wrote in the caption.<\/p>\n
