Robyn Brown<\/strong><\/a> revealed during part 3 of season 18\u2019s Sister Wives: 1-on-1<\/em><\/a> special that her marriage to Kody Brown<\/strong><\/a> has taken a hit after his splits from his other wives.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat he\u2019s doing is he\u2019s self-sabotaging,\u201d Robyn, 45, said during the latest tell-all episode of the TLC series on Sunday, December 10. \u201cHe\u2019s angry. He tries to [implode].\u201d<\/p>\n

Kody, 54, legally married Robyn<\/a> and adopted her children from a prior relationship in 2014 after his legal divorce from first wife Meri Brown<\/strong><\/a>. Kody and Meri, 52, remained in a spiritual union for several years, confirming their split in January. The breakup came after Kody\u2019s splits from Christine Brown<\/strong><\/a> in 2021 and Janelle Brown<\/strong><\/a> in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe tries to [sabotage our relationship] and I have to stop him all the time,\u201d Robyn revealed on Sunday, claiming that Kody started to pick fights with her after his other relationships fell apart. \u201cWe\u2019re in different places about the bomb that went off on our family. I\u2019m in a major place of mourning and he\u2019s angry and he doesn\u2019t want to [talk about it].\u201d<\/p>\n

Kody agreed during the tell-all that he was sabotaging his relationship with Robyn to \u201cpunish\u201d himself after the failed marriages. \u201cI thought of myself leaving Robin and having another lover and looking [at] this lover and going, \u2018I don\u2019t love you. I\u2019m in love with another woman. I\u2019m in love with a woman that I left because I was too much a piece of s\u2013t to manage the relationship,\u2019\u201d he confessed, adding that he had \u201cdemons\u201d to fight after Christine, 51, walked away from their union.<\/p>\n

\u201c[There was] a lot of devil, a lot of temptation, which would be destructive of my relationship with Robyn,\u201d he recalled. \u201cSo I dealt with a lot of anger and she would get frustrated. My anger was a turn off. It was scary.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meri Claims Kody Didn\u2019t \u2018Respect\u2019 Her as a \u2018Human Being\u2019 Pre-Split<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During season 18, which filmed in 2022 and aired this fall, Meri and Kody finally decided to part ways after years of turmoil. Meri explained in the tell-all that she realized that Kody valued his relationship with Robyn more than any other romance when he reminded Robyn about their covenant and seemingly revealed that it was stronger than his and Meri\u2019s dynamic.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe fell out of love with me or whatever. I only base that off of that scene where he said to [Robyn], \u2018If I ever fall out of love with you, don\u2019t string me along\u2019 or whatever his words were,\u201d Meri explained to host Sukanya Krishnan<\/strong>, claiming Kody never promised her that. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Then why did you not respect me enough as a human being?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSister Wives\u2019 Meri Brown is focused on moving forward as a single woman after confirming her split from Kody Brown. Meri legally married Kody in 1990, becoming his first wife. She stuck around as the Wyoming native built their plural marriage, which expanded in 1993 and 1994 with Kody\u2019s spiritual marriages to Janelle Brown and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meri acknowledged that Kody didn\u2019t feel like she was his \u201cwife anymore, even though we made covenants, and nothing has happened to break them at that point,\u201d claiming she deserved to hear it from him<\/a> \u2014 and not on an episode of Sister Wives<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI understand that\u2019s how you feel about me but have the respect for me as a human being to tell me to my face. And he didn\u2019t,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Kody responded by arguing, \u201cThat covenant doesn\u2019t include the dissolution of my soul or personality. That relationship does not work in a marriage for me. It\u2019s that simple. I don\u2019t care about the covenant if you can\u2019t get through that, then it\u2019s broken.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robyn and Kody Have \u2018Never\u2019 Had This Many \u2018Problems\u2019 in Marriage<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve never had as many problems as we\u2019re having right now in our marriage,\u201d Robyn revealed. \u201cHe\u2019s suspicious of anybody being disloyal to him. His suspicion is about women in general.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robyn explained that after going through his divorce from Christine, Kody became more \u201ccautious\u201d and \u201csuspicious\u201d of all women. \u201cI said, \u2018I feel like you\u2019re lining up all the women [and] I\u2019m there with them and you\u2019re, you know, shooting them all down,\u2019\u201d she said. \u201cAnd that\u2019s not fair. Just because you\u2019re having some issues with other women in your life, or a woman or whatever, doesn\u2019t mean that we\u2019re all bad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Christine Admits She Doesn\u2019t \u2018Trust\u2019 Robyn <\/strong><\/h3>\n

When asked to \u201cname a reason\u201d she\u2019s not friends with Robyn, Christine replied, \u201cWell, I don\u2019t trust her.\u201d She explained, \u201cI think she says one thing but does another. How can you say you want the whole big family picture, but then do all these separate things with Kody? How can you say you want the whole big family picture when he\u2019s over at your house all the time?\u201d<\/p>\n

That lack of trust has made Christine not want to maintain a relationship<\/a> with her former sister wife. \u201cI don\u2019t want to sit here and blame Robyn, but I\u2019m not going to be her friend because I don\u2019t believe her,\u201d she said. \u201cBut I\u2019m not going to blame her for everything falling apart. I think we probably all have something to do with that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meri also opened up about not trusting her ex-sister wives, claiming, \u201cThey don\u2019t have my back.\u201d After clarifying that Robyn does have her back, Meri admitted that she and Robyn are no longer as close as they once were.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy relationship with Robyn, like, that\u2019s something that she and I are working on and trying to figure out and navigate because it is different,\u201d she said. \u201cYou know, as much as I think we would like to say, \u2018No, it\u2019s not [different],\u2019 it is because now I\u2019m friends with my ex-husband\u2019s wife and I\u2019m emotionally not 100 percent there yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robyn Claims Her Kids Were Mocked After Christmas 2021 Fallout<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Viewers learned during season 18 that Janelle, 54, and Christine\u2019s kids had a falling out with Robyn and her children<\/a> while trying to organize a gift exchange for Christmas 2021. After Robyn allegedly inserted herself into the plans, Janelle and Robyn\u2019s kids pulled back. Robyn claimed the kids even started to be mean toward her own children.<\/p>\n

\u201c[My kids] started trying to express themselves and the other kids started mocking them and dismissing them and it made them feel very ganged up on,\u201d Robyn alleged on Sunday. \u201cWhat had happened was my kids came to me and they said, \u2018We don\u2019t feel emotionally safe to be a part of this gift exchange anymore.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Christine recalled Robyn telling the group that she and Kody had decided their kids weren\u2019t going to do the gift exchange at all after the dramatic fight. \u201c[My kids] were devastated and they were like, \u2018What does that mean? I thought those were our siblings,\u2019\u201d Christine claimed. \u201cAnd they\u2019re like, \u2018Why can\u2019t we just move past this and be siblings?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle had a similar recollection of the drama, saying, \u201cAll of a sudden [Robyn] comes back with, \u2018Well, I\u2019ve talked to your dad, and we\u2019re just going to do our thing separate,\u2019\u201d she recalled. \u201cAnd so my kids were like, \u2018Our dad, like, our dad? You mean the father of us all?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Robyn insisted that her children \u201creally wanted to belong\u201d and alleged that some of Kody\u2019s other kids told them \u201cthey didn\u2019t belong and they weren\u2019t part of the family and things like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Janelle Says Kids Were Told to \u2018Sit Down and Shut Up\u2019 When Robyn Married In<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Looking back, Meri confessed that she thinks the family \u201ccould\u2019ve done it better\u201d when it came to integrating Robyn and her three kids from a prior relationship into their brood. \u201cI think that some people felt like this was forced on them, like they didn\u2019t have an opinion,\u201d Meri said.<\/p>\n

Janelle, meanwhile, claimed that the group \u201cdidn\u2019t take the time to listen to our own children\u201d before Robyn married Kody in 2014.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just kind of told them to just accept these kids. We really hurried and kind of put it together without really taking everybody\u2019s temperature,\u201d Janelle said, claiming, \u201cThey were being told to, you know, sit down and shut up and accept this family being merged in. I feel like maybe we should\u2019ve taken some time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Christine Reveals Difference Between David Woolley and Kody<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Christine gushed over her then-fianc\u00e9 during the tell-all, revealing they met on an online dating site. \u201cThe night that I signed up for it, there was this picture and he has these eyes and I\u2019m like, \u2018I want to be looked at with those eyes with a look of love at him for the rest of my life,\u2019\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n
