Gizelle Bryant<\/strong> shows her outspoken, no-nonsense personality on The Real Housewives of Potomac<\/em>, and she\u2019s proud of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve done everything that I\u2019ve said I was going to do: stay true to myself, don\u2019t take anything too seriously \u2014 which I don\u2019t do \u2014 and just have fun with it,\u201d Gizelle, 53, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> in the latest installment of the \u201cHousewives Happy Hour\u201d series. \u201cSometimes, you might lose sight of having fun with it. And this season, for me, this year, I was just back into the fun, which I appreciated.\u201d<\/p>\n

For her eighth season on the reality series, Gizelle took on a new tagline: \u201cI\u2019m no angel. But gimme some grace, and you\u2019ll learn to adore me.\u201d The catchphrase<\/a> subtly references her 19-year-old daughter, Grace, and 17-year-old twins Angel and Adore, making it her favorite yet.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of my [other] taglines I\u2019ve hated, that they\u2019ve given me,\u201d Gizelle told Us<\/em>. \u201c\u2018Word on the street\u2019 I made up, and I kept it for so long because everything else they were giving me sucked.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSometimes the fighting on The Real Housewives isn\u2019t just verbal. The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral were suspended from filming the show\u2019s 14th season in September 2023 after a \u201cmutual physical\u201d altercation, Us Weekly confirmed at the time. \u201cJennifer and Danielle got in a fight about a hairdresser they [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Gizelle was surprised by how much she liked her latest intro. \u201cThey read that tagline to me and I was in shock. I was like, \u2018This is amazing,\u2019\u201d she said. \u201cI feel like I\u2019m going to keep it forever.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her daughters, however, didn\u2019t seem to share in her enthusiasm. \u201cI told them and they were not even excited,\u201d Gizelle said. \u201cThey were like, \u2018Are people going to realize those are our names?\u2019 and I was like, \u2018I think, yeah, definitely.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Gizelle has been involved in her fair share of drama<\/a> this season alongside fellow Housewives Karen Huger<\/strong>, Ashley Darby<\/strong>, Robyn Dixon<\/strong>, Candiace Dillard Bassett<\/strong>, Wendy Osefo<\/strong>, Mia Thronton<\/strong> and Nneka Ihim<\/strong>. While her budding romance<\/a> with fellow Bravolebrity Jason Cameron<\/strong> has been a main focus of the season, Gizelle filled Us<\/em> in on some of the most iconic moments from RHOP<\/em> seasons past, including the shadiest thing a costar has done to her.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen Karen Huger brought my boyfriend\u2019s ex-wife onto the show,\u201d she recalled. \u201cThat\u2019s number one, two and three.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gizelle asserted that she\u2019s \u201cmoved on\u201d from the incident because she\u2019s thrown shade<\/a> Karen\u2019s way too \u2014 and she cited the hashtag-covered T-shirt that made light of Karen\u2019s personal issues as the perfect example.<\/p>\n

While drama is always abound for the Housewives, Gizelle is also grateful for the more heartfelt moments on the reality series, including a season 4 trip to New Orleans with her late father, Curtis Graves, who died in July at age 84.<\/p>\n

Gizelle looks back fondly on memories of her dad on the show. \u201cHe would always say he would love to get stopped in the airport. He\u2019d be like, \u2018Gizelle, I was stopped at the airport. I think people are watching your show,\u2019\u201d she told Us<\/em>. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Yeah, Dad, welcome to the party.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
