The 15 second commercial received a lot of shocking reactions, but this is the first breakup we\u2019ve heard about.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sure that in many households it caused chaos and was a funny event but not in mine,\u201d the poster started her story.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"hidearticle\"><em>Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><span id=\"more-1893321\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tubi Interface Interruption | Super Bowl\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/73p4lL1iq7w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>The 23-year-old woman says that her 25-year-old boyfriend\u2019s reaction led to their breakup.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy boyfriend thought I was the one changing the channel and began screaming at me violently, calling me things that I don\u2019t even want to write down. Even as I told him it was a commercial he ignored me and kept blowing up at me and punched a hole in our living room wall. He eventually realized what actually happened and awkwardly apologized but I was so disgusted over his reaction to a 15 second commercial. I feel like if you can\u2019t keep you anger in check and get that violent over something so small I don\u2019t want to be around for it. We\u2019d been together for over a year, living together for the past 2 months and I\u2019ve known him to get angry at things sometimes but this really took me off guard and I can\u2019t forget how unsafe I felt around him during this,\u201d the woman said in her post.<\/p>\n<p>The woman says that her parents believe she is \u201coverreacting\u201d and her boyfriend is messaging and calling her \u201crepeatedly.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s normal to be that angry,\u201d the woman wrote in the post.<\/p>\n<p>Author<strong> Amanda Deibert<\/strong> shared a screencap of the post on Twitter and it has been seen over 4.3 million times.<\/p>\n<p>She said, \u201cI am glad to see a young woman seeing a red flag for exactly what it is and doing the right thing. I am sad her parents are trying to urge her to betray herself.
