\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n There seems to be a bit of a legal issue between Yellowstone<\/strong><\/a><\/em> creator Taylor Sheridan<\/strong><\/a> and one of the stars of the show, Cole Hauser<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n The series\u2019 creator\u2019s Bosque Ranch is suing the 48-year-old actor\u2019s Free Rein Coffee company, HuffPost<\/em> reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n Get more info inside\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n In the lawsuit, filed in Texas where both companies are based, Bosque Ranch is accusing Free Rein of using a logo and \u201ccowboy\u201d theme that is nearly identical to their own coffee brand.<\/p>\n Bosque Ranch launched their coffee in June, an use a trademarked \u201cB\u201d and \u201cR\u201d logo, promotes the cowboy way of life, and are alleging trademark infringement against Free Rein, which launched in October, who uses a stylized \u201cF\u201d and \u201cR\u201d and also promotes a cowboy way of life.<\/p>\n The lawsuit claims that Cole<\/strong>\u2018s Free Rein is \u201cconfusingly similar to the BR Brand used by Bosque Ranch\u201d and \u201clikely to cause confusion or to cause mistake or to deceive.\u201d<\/p>\n Bosque Ranch is seeking a jury trial and says they are entitled to all of Free Rein\u2019s \u201cprofits, damage compensation, prejudgement interest and legal fee coverage.\u201d<\/p>\n Speaking of Yellowstone<\/em>, the show\u2019s final episodes finally have a premiere date<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
