The accuser claimed Marcellus assaulted her, \u201craping her multiple times in her dorm room\u201d during the fall 1994 semester, according to the lawsuit obtained by Life & Style<\/em>.<\/p>\nThe woman claimed she and Marcellus had become \u201cfriendly acquaintances\u201d after \u201ctraveling in the same social circles.\u201d One day, the accuser claimed to have told Marcellus that she was a virgin.<\/p>\n
\u201cAin\u2019t nobody tryna have sex with no virgin!\u201d Marcellus allegedly replied at the time, according to the filing. \u201cThe 250lb defendant then lifted plaintiff, forced her face-down down onto the mattress, and climbed on top of her,\u201d the lawsuit read, adding that Marcellus allegedly forced her \u201cface-down on the bed\u201d and held her by her \u201cforearm on the back of her neck.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to the lawsuit, the woman contacted university officials and sought out help after the alleged attack. However, she seemingly faced a dead end as the staff deemed the interaction as a \u201cmisunderstanding.\u201d<\/p>\n
The file claims that the former collegiate athlete was put on \u201cacademic probation\u201d for \u201cpoor grades\u201d after the accuser spoke up.
