Gomez, 31, set the internet ablaze on Thursday, December 7, when she seemingly soft-launched a new romance via her Instagram Story. The singer posted a selfie of her resting her head on a mystery man.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust a reminder of how much I appreciate and love each and everyone of you,\u201d she wrote in a subsequent story.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Thursday, Gomez reacted to a fan account on Instagram that reposted a clip from the December 4 episode of her show Selena + Chef<\/em>. In the clip, Gomez admitted that she had a crush on someone. The account wrote in the caption that they \u201chope things went well\u201d for Gomez and her crush. Gomez liked the post and replied with a winky face.<\/p>\n

From her on-off romance with Justin Bieber, to her fling with Orlando Bloom, the songstress has kept fans wanting to know everything about her love life. Gomez then sparked speculation that her love interest could be Benny Blanco<\/strong> when pop culture account @popfactions posted that she was rumored to be dating the producer and Gomez liked the post, replying, \u201cFacts,\u201d according to Pop Crave<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In another post speculating about Gomez and Blanco\u2019s relationship status, Gomez doubled down on the rumors. \u201cHe is my absolute everything in my heart,\u201d she commented, per Pop Crave<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gomez also replied to fans seemingly defending her relationship with Blanco, 35. \u201cThen why has he been the best thing that\u2019s ever happened to me. The end,\u201d she responded to one user. \u201cHe\u2019s still better than anyone I\u2019ve been with. Facts,\u201d she retorted to another.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you don\u2019t feel free to say whatever you want. But I will never allow your words to guide my life,\u201d Gomez clapped back to a third person, per Pop Crave. \u201cEver. I\u2019m done. if you can\u2019t accept me at my happiest then don\u2019t be in [my] life at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gomez and Blanco, 35, first connected in 2015 when they teamed up for her songs \u201cSame Old Love\u201d and \u201cKill Em.\u201d The duo worked together again earlier this year on her latest song \u201cSingle Soon.\u201d Blanco has also collaborated with Gomez\u2019s ex-boyfriend<\/a> Justin Bieber<\/strong> whom she dated off and on from 2010 to 2018.<\/p>\n
