Derek Hough just revealed to fans that his beloved wife Hayley Erbert was hospitalized after experiencing some scary symptoms while they\u2019re on their Symphony of Dance tour \u2013 and it required she have brain surgery!<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday December 7, the <em>Dancing with the Stars<\/em> judge, 38, announced on his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/C0j7a_MOUWV\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instagram<\/a> that his wife was rushed into emergency surgery and was being treated for a cranial hematoma. \u201cAt the end of last night\u2019s tour performance in Washington, D.C., my wife Hayley became disoriented and was taken to the hospital,\u201d he wrote. \u201cShe was diagnosed with a cranial hematoma from a burst blood vessel and required an emergency craniectomy. I ask for your prayers and positivity during this time,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>A trying moment for the newlyweds, who just this summer got married on August 26, just before their tour kicked off in late September.
