After maternity leave, basically what normal companies do for women?\u201d Mia quips as stunned VIP manager <strong>Maddi Reese<\/strong> watches.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3456939\" style=\"width: 900px;\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<div class=\"ratio-based-placeholder\" style=\"padding-bottom:100%;\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"caption\"><br \/>\n Mia Alario and Leva Bonaparte.<\/span> <span class=\"credit\">Heidi Gutman\/Bravo; Gabe Ginsberg\/Getty Images<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Leva, who co-owns Republic Garden &amp; Bar with her husband, <strong>Lamar Bonaparte<\/strong>, is once again surprised by Mia\u2019s tone. \u201cWhat are you doing, Mia?\u201d she asks, to which Mia replies, \u201cI\u2019m upset.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When pushed further, Mia tells Leva she\u2019s unsettled by \u201cthe hypocrisy you are showing as a boss,\u201d which only <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/pictures\/biggest-reality-tv-fights-ever-real-housewives-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">angers Leva even more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat are you talking about? If you are back of the house and you are drinking, [that\u2019s an] immediate fire,\u201d Leva fires back. \u201cThat\u2019s the rule. Have you ever read your manual? Original star Kathryn Dennis kicked off her time on the Bravo series as a single girl looking for The One. While she didn\u2019t find her husband on the show, Dennis did [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cLeva definitely brings the hammer down this season on what we\u2019re doing at work, whether it be our uniforms or drinking or anything like that,\u201d Maddi exclusively explained to <em>Us<\/em>. \u201cSo, literally, I think most of us were worried about our jobs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She insisted that Leva was not on a \u201cpower trip\u201d despite what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/entertainment\/news\/southern-hospitality-cast-on-joe-bradley-danielle-oliveras-romance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">some of her castmates may say<\/a> about their boss after the strict enforcement of the \u201cno drinking\u201d rule.<\/p>\n<div id=\"news-block\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-form\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-signup__success\">\n<h3>Thank You!<\/h3>\n<p>You have successfully subscribed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI think that Leva cares about her business. But sometimes I feel like our cast members are, like, \u2018OK, take your foot off the brake. Trust us that we can do our jobs and we do them well.\u2019 But at the end of the day, it\u2019s her business. She\u2019s passionate about it just as much as us, but she wants to make sure it\u2019s doing the best that it can.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Southern Hospitality<\/em> season 2 premieres on Bravo Thursday, December 7, at 9 p.m. ET.
