His face looks nearly the same today, and that has some fans wondering if he\u2019s undergone <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/tags\/plastic-surgery-22377\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">plastic surgery<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>While he\u2019s not touched on that topic, Dean has been open about his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifeandstylemag.com\/tags\/weight-loss-15409\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">battle with his weight<\/a> after losing 35 pounds in 2020 following a diagnosis as being prediabetic.
