Taylor Thought Scooter Braun Wanted Her \u2018Masters for Nefarious Reasons\u2019<\/h2>\n

After the release of her album Lover<\/em> in 2019, her record label Big Machine was sold to Scooter Braun<\/strong>\u2019s company Ithaca Holdings. The sale resulted in Scooter profiting off six of her albums.<\/p>\n

Taylor recalled feeling \u201cbeat\u201d after the incident, and said, \u201cWith the Scooter thing, my masters were being sold to someone who actively wanted them for nefarious reasons, in my opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n
