Jeezy<\/a> – said: “At the time, when I found out at the same time as the rest of the world that my marriage was ending in divorce, I was gutted. <\/p>\n“Today, it’s about picking up the pieces. It’s about discovering me and being a mom to the best blessing in my life, my little girl.” <\/p>\n
Jeannie admitted she has been at her most “broken” this year, but that has also resulted in the star being at her “strongest”. <\/p>\n
\nShe explained: “Even though this year I met the most broken version of me.<\/p>\n
\n“I also met the strongest version of me today.”<\/p>\n
\nEarlier this week, Jeannie seemingly suggested Jeezy was unfaithful to her.<\/p>\n
\nAfter he asked for a court hearing to set custody rights for their daughter Monaco, she called his conduct into question in her response to the filing.<\/p>\n
\nAccording to documents obtained by People magazine, Jeanie stated she was \u201centitled to a divorce from Husband on the grounds that the marriage is irretrievably broken,\u201d and that she \u201cdoes not wish to specify herein at this time in the hope this matter can be resolved without having to disclose such conduct publicly,\u201d before going on to suggest infidelity had played a part in their split.<\/p>\n
\nThe 44-year-old presenter explained she and the ‘Put On’ hitmaker – whose real name is Jay Wayne Jenkins – had signed a pre-nuptial agreement on March 26, 2021 and the court should enforce it \u201cin the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communication, including but not limited to, texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and\/or Direct Messages, shall result in a significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party as specified in said Prenuptial Agreement.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nA spokesperson for the ‘Leave You Alone’ rapper denied the allegations.<\/p>\n
\nThey said: \u201cAny claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins behalf are 100 per cent false and he has no further statements at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nIn his court filing requesting a custody hearing, Jeezy accused Jeannie of acting as a “gatekeeper” to their daughter.<\/p>\n
\nPapers show Jeezy claims that since he filed for divorce from Jeannie on 14 September the toddler has been \u201ctemporarily residing\u201d in the estranged couple\u2019s Los Angeles home with his ex.<\/p>\n
\nThe documents state: \u201cSince that time, the parties have endeavoured to address temporary custodial arrangements on an informal basis.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWhile the parties have agreed upon a visitation schedule through the end of 2023, which has been confirmed via communications between their counsel, to continue addressing custodial and parenting time issues in such an ad hoc manner is becoming increasingly less feasible.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nJeezy claimed in the motion a \u201clack of consistency, continuity and stability inherently associated with such a haphazard and fluid parenting time schedule\u201d has proved \u201cstressful\u201d for his little girl.<\/p>\n
\nThe Grammy nominee also alleged in his filing the current custody set-up with Jeannie is creating \u201cunnecessary tension and confusion\u201d when it comes to their parenting time and each of their sole rights when Monaco is in their individual care.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
