The 42-year-old writer has denied revealing the identities of two senior royals in his book \u2018Endgame\u2019 who are alleged to have raised \u201cconcerns\u201d about the skin colour of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry<\/a>\u2019s son Archie. <\/p>\n

But The Times has reported United Talent Agency sent a draft version naming the royals to Dutch publisher Xander Uitgevers. <\/p>\n

UTA also reportedly sent Xander a final version which did not name the two royals at centre of the storm weeks before publication. <\/p>\n

It is understood the translator interpreted an earlier version of the manuscript, rather than the final approved text \u2013 and Xander initially said the names were revealed in a translation mistake, before claiming an \u201cerror\u201d had led to the printing of their identities. <\/p>\n

\nManaging director Anke Roelen said: \u201cXander \u00adtemporarily removed the book from sale, due to an error that occurred in the Dutch edition.\u201d <\/p>\n

\nOmid has repeatedly insisted he never submitted a book with the names of the two members of the royals caught up in the controversy. <\/p>\n

\nMeanwhile, the Sussexes face being stripped of their royal titles if a \u201cnuclear option\u201d law is passed by the UK Parliament. <\/p>\n

\nConservative MP Bob Seely wants to adapt laws that were originally passed in the First World War to deny German nobles their British titles \u2013 which would force the House of Commons to consider turning Prince Harry, 39, and his ex-actress wife Meghan, 42, into plain Mr and Mrs. <\/p>\n

\nMr Seely said the \u201cnuclear option\u201d was \u201cin support of the monarchy\u201d and aims to respect the decision of those who no longer want to be royals by removing \u201ctheir titles and privileges\u201d. <\/p>\n

\nHe said in an article written for the Mail on Sunday: \u201cI\u2019m not a republican and support the monarchy, but after the latest instalment of the couple\u2019s feud with the rest of the royal family, I believe that Parliament and the Privy Council should consider a nuclear option. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cThe Duke and Duchess can be Mr and Mrs like the rest of us. My Titles Deprivation 1917 Act Amendment Bill would allow a vote in Parliament to advise the ancient advisory Privy Council to strip a member of the royal family of their titles. <\/p>\n

\n\u201cMy aim is simple: if someone doesn\u2019t want to be royal, that is a decision we respect \u2013 but they should not keep the titles and privileges if they trash an institution that plays an important part in our nation\u2019s life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
