Entertainment Tonight<\/em><\/a> about postpartum struggles and living as parents of three.<\/p>\n\u201cOh, I have such an ugly cry. But you know what? Everybody has an ugly cry,\u201d Loren admitted.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think I use social media as an outlet for me,\u201d she suggested. \u201cTo help me and show other people that they\u2019re not alone.\u201d<\/p>\n90 Day Fiance fan favorite Loren Brovarnik admitted to having a hard time, reminding fans and followers that it is okay to not be okay. (Image Credit: Instagram)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\u201cAnd in turn, that\u2019s helping me realize I\u2019m not alone,\u201d Loren continued. \u201cLike, with the postpartum, it\u2019s hard.\u201d<\/p>\n
She went on: \u201cBut with Ari, I had never experienced anything like that.\u201d<\/p>\n
Loren detailed: \u201cI mean, people were like, it\u2019s because she\u2019s a girl. It\u2019s extra hormones and this and that, but I was not myself.\u201d<\/p>\nLoren admitted that she experienced a number of negative emotions. Specifically, she felt \u201cangry\u201d and \u201csad.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt was so hard because she was in the NICU,\u201d she recalled. \u201cI had to get up every day because of my boys.\u201d<\/p>\n
Loren confessed: \u201cAnd there were times where [I would tell] Alex, like, \u2018Just leave me alone.’\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cI went into the shower and I would cry in the shower,\u201d Loren described.<\/p>\n
Fortunately, she added: \u201cI definitely think I\u2019m out of that dark, dark phase but I still have my moments, trust me.\u201d<\/p>\n
And, of course, there are times when the joy is so intense that it becomes overwhelming.<\/p>\n\u201cThe other day, I saw all of our kids and I started crying,\u201d Loren detailed.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy heart was so full and hurting at the same time,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s just weird.\u201d<\/p>\n
Loren added: \u201cI don\u2019t know, maybe it\u2019s baby blues, maybe it\u2019s all the hormones.\u201d<\/p>\nAlexei offered a psychoanalytical, rather than hormonal, explanation for why giving birth to Ariel was such a challenge.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think this time it was harder for her because she knew that is the last one at this point,\u201d he claimed.<\/p>\n
\u201cThat\u2019s her. That\u2019s the thought. So she was upset \u2026 in her mind, at this point in life, it\u2019s the last one,\u201d Alexei postulated.<\/p>\n\u201cSo that\u2019s why it made her more upset. And I\u2019m glad she\u2019s going on social media,\u201d Alexei continued.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s not all on me, you know, other people see that,\u201d he said. \u201cGo talk to them for a second and it\u2019s helpful to her.\u201d<\/p>\n
Alexei suggested: \u201cI think we both learned that opening up helps not just\u00a0the people who are listening, but also the person.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n
