Jonathan Majors<\/strong> <\/a>arrived at court for jury selection in his domestic violence trial holding hands with girlfriend Meagan Good<\/strong><\/a> and clutching a copy of the Bible.<\/p>\n

Majors, 34, donned a suit and tie with a long black overcoat for the Wednesday, November 29, appearance at Manhattan Criminal Court, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>. Good, 42, wore a long wool coat over a black dress with matching pumps.<\/p>\n

Good has been by Majors\u2019 side at past court appearances, including an August hearing when Majors\u2019 lawyer Priya Chaudhry<\/strong>\u00a0filed a motion to postpone the trial<\/a>. The legal proceedings kicked off on Wednesday after numerous delays.<\/p>\n

The trial comes after Majors was arrested in March for allegedly assaulting a woman later identified as his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari<\/strong>. The actor denied the allegations<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tJonathan Majors made headlines on March 25 when he was arrested following an alleged domestic violence dispute. \u201cA preliminary investigation determined that a 33-year-old male was involved in a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old female,\u201d the New York Police Department said in a statement to Variety at the time, noting that Majors was identified in [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHe has done nothing wrong,\u201d a rep for Majors told CNN in a statement on March 25. \u201cWe look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Three days after his arrest, Majors was arraigned and charged with assault and harassment. During the incident, Majors allegedly hit the accuser \u201cwith an open hand, causing substantial pain and a laceration behind her ear,\u201d CNN reported.<\/p>\n

Majors filed a domestic violence complaint of his own against Jabbari, 30, in June, claiming that she was the aggressor in the March altercation. Although Jabbari was arrested<\/a> on charges of assault and criminal mischief in October, prosecutors dropped all charges against her shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n

Majors has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. If convicted, he could serve up to a year in prison. The Marvel star has already faced professional consequences for the allegations. Shortly after his arrest, he was dropped by talent manager Entertainment 360 and the PR firm The Lede Company.<\/p>\n

Good, for her part, has been a source of support for Majors since the pair began dating in May. Majors referred to Good as \u201cthe Mrs.\u201d<\/a> while attending the Congressional Black Caucus\u2019 8th Annual Black and White Gala in September.<\/p>\n

After Good shared her remarks, Majors chimed in: \u201cY\u2019all heard the Mrs., so that\u2019s what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n
