Could I have done something different?\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd my doctor and my friends have told me, inside and out, up and down, there\u2019s no cause. They don\u2019t know why [this happened].<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only silver lining, the fact that we\u2019ve now been digesting this for the last four or five days, is that I know once Luke and I are past this, we can try again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wow. So it sounds like the miscarriage really <em>just<\/em> happened.
