Apology time? Married at First Sight<\/em><\/a>\u2018s Clint Webb<\/strong> made comments that didn\u2019t just offend his wife on their Jamaican honeymoon but everyone around him \u2014 and he tries to explain himself in Us Weekly<\/em>\u2018s exclusive clip from the Wednesday, February 15, episode.<\/p>\n \u201cI think in the short period of time that we\u2019ve all been here, I wanted to exude and exonerate, like, I\u2019m front street. I try to be as real as possible,\u201d he explains to the group in the sneak peek.<\/p>\n Last week, Clint and Gina Micheletti<\/strong> admitted during their honeymoon that they weren\u2019t attracted to each other<\/a> as soon as they met at the altar. While they were alone, Gina said she didn\u2019t usually date redheads, and even specifically told the matchmaking experts as much. Later, while they were with the entire MAFS<\/em> season 16 cast<\/a>, Clint announced that Gina\u2019s body didn\u2019t match his usual preferences.<\/p>\n \u201cThe physical component, typically, the girls that I\u2019ve dated are very athletic, slender. That\u2019s just the mold that I\u2019m attracted to,\u201d he said to Gina in front of all the other Nashville couples.<\/p>\n It wasn\u2019t just the bride who was offended. Later in the night, Clint takes the spotlight at dinner while talking to the group, acknowledging that he knows he offended many of them with his words. \u201cSometimes I say ridiculous, crazy comments and they\u2019re right off the cuff,\u201d he admits in the exclusive video.<\/p>\n \u201cYou came out swinging, strong and wrong!\u201d Kirsten Grimes<\/strong><\/a> laughed.<\/p>\n \u201cStrong and wrong! But let\u2019s focus on the wrong part,\u201d he says. \u201cSo I said some comments that were like off the cuff and in the moment, and it wasn\u2019t to disparage anyone. And so, I talked about, like, \u2018slender\u2019 and \u2018athletic,\u2019 and I don\u2019t think it hit the right way.\u201d<\/p>\n
