\u2018Tis the season for holiday rom-coms, many of which star fan-favorite <\/span>former <\/span>Tree Hill residents<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n In 2018, Hilarie Burton Morgan <\/b>enlisted former One Tree Hill <\/i>costars Danneel Ackles, Robert Buckey, Antwon Tanner, Tyler Hilton <\/b>and Elizabeth Harnois <\/b>to join her in 2018\u2019s A Christmas Contract <\/i>on Lifetime. One year later, the group reunited for the network\u2019s A Christmas Wish<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cWe got to do a One Tree Hill<\/i> reunion last year for The Christmas Contract<\/i>, so this year we had an even bigger cast, so we got to pull in more of our friends,\u201d Burton Morgan exclusively <\/span>told Us <\/i><\/span>Weekly<\/i><\/span> <\/i>in October 2019<\/span><\/a>. \u201cColin Fickes<\/b> had played Jimmy Edwards on One Tree Hill<\/i> and I think he was a really underutilized character and he ended up coming back and making a significant impact on the show.\u201d<\/p>\n She added at the time: \u201cIt really becomes an exercise in figuring out which of your friends is available and is right for the part and we\u2019re just so lucky that when we call, people love the genre. It\u2019s fun, so it\u2019s an easy thing to call and ask someone to do.\u201d<\/p>\n
