Channing Tatum<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Zo\u00eb Kravitz<\/a>\u00a0are leveling up from boyfriend and girlfriend to spouses! Last month, ET learned that the\u00a0<\/span>Magic Mike<\/span><\/em>\u00a0star and the\u00a0<\/span>Batman<\/span><\/em>\u00a0actress are engaged after dating for two years.<\/span><\/p>\n Kravitz, 34, and Tatum, 43,\u00a0first sparked dating rumors after they met while working on her film,<\/span>\u00a0Pussy Island<\/span><\/em>, in 2021. The thriller is Kravtiz’s directorial debut, with Tatum starring as the male lead.<\/span><\/p>\n Kravitz previously told\u00a0<\/span>Deadline<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that Tatum was her first choice to play Slater\u00a0in\u00a0<\/span>Pussy Island<\/span><\/em>. “I just knew from\u00a0<\/span>Magic Mike<\/span><\/em>\u00a0and his live shows, I got the sense he’s a true feminist and I wanted to collaborate with someone who was clearly interested in exploring this subject matter,” she said.<\/span><\/p>\n For his part, Tatum said he was shocked when he received her phone call. “I didn’t know her,” he explained. “I’d watched her in movies, knew she produced\u00a0<\/span>High Fidelity<\/span><\/em>\u00a0and had seen that, but I didn’t know she was creating on a level like this, where she wanted to direct. This came out of nowhere and the subject matter made me say, ‘Wait, why are you thinking about me for this?’ No one gives me a chance to play a role like this, everybody throws me down a different alley and expects me to do a certain thing. It was scary and liberating, just to be able to have a free conversation, where I was allowed to mess up, and say the wrong things.”<\/span><\/p>\n Although the pair have remained largely private about their romance,\u00a0<\/span>they have spoken about each other in interviews<\/a>, with Tatum even being\u00a0outed for\u00a0<\/span>adorably following numerous Instagram fan accounts<\/a>\u00a0for Kravitz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Kravitz’s romance with Tatum is her first since her public split from ex-husband\u00a0Karl Glusman. The two\u00a0<\/span>ended their relationship<\/a>\u00a0after 18 months of marriage in 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Tatum was previously\u00a0married to his\u00a0<\/span>Step Up<\/span><\/em>\u00a0co-star,\u00a0<\/span>Jenna Dewan<\/a>,\u00a0from 2009 to 2019, and\u00a0<\/span>they share daughter Everly, 10<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Let’s take a look at where this sweet romance began.<\/span><\/p>\n Fans began speculating that Kravitz and Tatum might be seeing one another when they were spotted together in early August 2021 on<\/span>\u00a0a bike ride<\/a>.\u00a0In the photo, Kravitz wrapped her arms around Tatum as they made their way around the city.<\/span><\/p>\n An eyewitness told ET that the two\u00a0took a walk together in New York City’s East Village, and spent about 45 minutes together looking “happy” and “smiling and laughing”\u00a0the entire time. I don’t know what the kids are doing these days.'”<\/span><\/p>\n Instead, he took advice\u00a0from\u00a0some of those closest to him. “Then some friends of mine, like you and Zo [Zo\u00eb Kravitz], were like, ‘Why don’t you just wear what you wear? Why don’t you just be you?’\u00a0You gave me some very specific style tips,” Tatum acknowledged.\u00a0“I’m really enjoying finding my own voice and my own way with some very beautiful guardrails. Jonah, you basically don’t let me look like a fool. So I appreciate you.
