The Friends<\/i><\/a> gang is known for its messy Thanksgivings \u2014 secrets come out, Chandler\u2019s bad childhood memories resurface and Joey eats way too much meat. But some episodes are more memorable than others.<\/p>\n

The NBC series, which ran for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, starred Courteney Cox<\/strong><\/a>, Jennifer Aniston<\/strong><\/a>, Lisa Kudrow<\/strong><\/a>, David Schwimmer<\/strong><\/a>, Matt LeBlanc<\/strong><\/a> and the late Matthew Perry<\/a> as Monica, Rachel, Phoebe, Ross, Joey and Chandler, respectively.<\/p>\n

Throughout that time, the sitcom had its fair share of holiday episodes, many of which featured famous guest stars. Case and point: Brad Pitt<\/b><\/a>\u2018s appearance on season 8\u2019s \u201cThe One With the Rumor.\u201d (Pitt was married to Aniston when he appeared on the series. The pair called it quits in 2005 after five years of marriage.)<\/p>\n

10. \u201cThe One Where Chandler Doesn\u2019t Like Dogs\u201d (Season 7, Episode 8)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Plot:<\/b> Chandler confesses that he hates dogs after lying for years that he\u2019s allergic. Rachel invites her assistant, Tag, to dinner, but Joey\u00a0blows it by revealing that she has a crush on him.<\/p>\n

Plot:<\/b> Chandler spends the duration of Thanksgiving in a box as a way to apologize for kissing Joey\u2019s girlfriend. Monica, meanwhile, invites her ex Richard Burke\u2019s (Tom Selleck<\/b>) son Timothy Burke (Michael Vartan<\/b>) to dinner. Ross\u00a0realizes that Rachel sometimes exchanges gifts that she receives.<\/p>\n

6. \u201cThe One Where Underdog Gets Away\u201d (Season 1, Episode 9)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Plot:<\/b> Monica cooks the gang a Thanksgiving meal \u2014 with three kinds of mashed potatoes! Joey sticks around because his family is embarrassed over his venereal disease advertisements and Rachel tries to raise money for her Vail skiing trip. Monica\u2019s feast gets overcooked when everyone runs out to find the Underdog hot air balloon that accidentally broke free from the Macy\u2019s Thanksgiving Day Parade.<\/p>\n
