The 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs player\u2019s relationship with 33-year-old singer Taylor was confirmed she was spotted cheering him on at The Arrowhead Stadium on 23 September next to his mum Donna Kelce, who also has NFL player son Jason Kelce, 35.<\/p>\n
Donna, 71, told the Mail Online about the fact Taylor wasn\u2019t in the crowd on Monday (20.11.23) to see Travis and Jason go head-to-head in the Kansas City Chiefs vs Philadelphia Eagles game: \u201cI\u2019m here to see my sons, so no, I\u2019m not disappointed she\u2019s not here.\u201d<\/p>\n
Donna added in a chat at the Arrowhead Stadium, Missouri \u2013 where the Eagles defeated the Chiefs 21-17: \u201c(Taylor\u2019s wonderful \u2013 and when she comes, it\u2019s great \u2013 but for me, it\u2019s about them.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a happy story, and I understand people want that. I\u2019m just happy for my son.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDonna has also told WSJ. Magazine about Travis\u2019 joy at being with Taylor: \u201cI can tell you this.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cHe\u2019s happier than I\u2019ve seen him in a long time\u2026 God bless him. He shot for the stars!\u201d<\/p>\n
\nDuring a sit-down interview on the \u2018Today\u2019 show in October, Donna seemingly came off unenthusiastic about Taylor.<\/p>\n
\nOnce it aired, Travis called his mum to assure her she did a good job after she said spending time with Taylor was \u201cok\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nDuring her interview with co-hosts Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb last month, Donna said she could not \u201ctell\u201d if the pair were a \u201cbudding romance\u201d because it is \u201cjust too new\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nShe added: \u201cI don\u2019t like to talk about it. It\u2019s just one of those things where everyone saw me.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cI was in the boxes with her. It\u2019s another thing that\u2019s amped up my life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nTravis has said that even though Taylor would \u201chate (him) for saying this,\u201d he described having \u201csomebody playing Cupid\u201d and convincing the pop star to reach out to him.<\/p>\n
\nHe added: \u201cThere were definitely people she knew that knew who I was, in her corner.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cShe told me exactly what was going on and how I got lucky enough to get her to reach out.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cEverybody knows I\u2019m a family guy.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cHer team is her family. Her family does a lot of stuff in terms of the tour, the marketing, being around, so I think she has a lot of those values as well, which is right up my alley.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
