Earlier this week, we shared a heartbreaking update about Jenelle Evans\u2019 troubled teenage son, Jace Evans.<\/p>\n

Multiple sources have confirmed that Jace has been hospitalized <\/a>and will be placed in foster care once he\u2019s released.<\/p>\n
