In oh-thank-God-something-not-enraging-or-bleak news, during All of Us Strangers<\/i> press Paul Mescal pitched the idea of a romcom starring himself and Ayo Edebiri.<\/p>\n

Mescal was asked if he would consider doing comedy because he’s known for playing so many sad characters, to which he answered: “Comedy scares me deeply, because I saw Bottoms<\/i> recently and I was in awe of how they do that. That\u2019s one of those [where] I leave the cinema and I\u2019m incredibly jealous and brightened of everybody\u2019s talents involved with that film. But I think in the next five years, I\u2019m going to set myself a challenge to do maybe like a rom-com with Ayo [Edebiri] or something like that would be cool.”<\/p>\n
