– One leading distribution insider argued that the studio \u201crealized they may be cutting their nose to spite their face.\u201d He further noted that \u201cif WB can recoup its costs with a sale rather than a write-off, well, either one accomplishes the same goal.\u201d<\/p>\n
– And for one director, \u201cCoyote. vs. Acme\u201d was the final straw for wanting to work with the studio. \u201cHonestly, after \u2018Space Jam: A New Legacy\u2019 and \u2018Tom & Jerry,\u2019 I would feel gross working for them. But after \u2018Coyote vs. Acme,\u2019 I would never.\u201d<\/p>\n
