Fans of the show White Collar<\/a><\/strong><\/em> might soon see the return of their favorite character, Neal Caffrey, to their TV screens as part of the FBI\u2019s White Collar Crime unit.<\/p>\n In a recent interview with TV Line,<\/a><\/em> actor Matt Bomer<\/a><\/strong> revealed that there are talks of reviving White Collar<\/em>, which ran for six seasons and made Bomer and the rest of the cast highly popular.<\/p>\n There has been a growing interest from audiences in nostalgic procedural shows, as evidenced by the upcoming off-shoot revival of USA Network\u2019s other fan favorite, Suits<\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201cThere has been talk,\u201d Bomer said when asked about the series. \u201cIt\u2019s actually very legitimate talk, it\u2019s in conversation.\u201d The actor played the fan-favorite charming con artist helping the FBI solve crimes.<\/p>\n \u201cA lot of things need to fall into place, but there is a plan in effect, at least, so we\u2019ll see what happens,\u201d he added. The idea of revival has been on fans\u2019 minds since May 2020, when Bomer and the cast virtually connected for a reunion.<\/p>\n While it\u2019s unclear which cast members will return, one will be sorely missed: Willie Garson, who passed away after the cast reunion. The actor portrayed fan-favorite character Mozzie, Neal\u2019s most trusted confidant and fellow con man who knew how to get things done.<\/p>\n Their fantastic chemistry and friendship had been the lifeline of the show, \u201cObviously, that\u2019s the first thing that came to my mind, but I felt that what Miu von Furstenberg Jeff Eastin presented to [star] Tim [DeKay] and I honors what he contributed to the show and honors him as a person,\u201d Bomer said. Adding, \u201cThere\u2019s no way I would ever be involved with it again if it didn\u2019t do so. So, I think it\u2019s a way for him to, in some ways, still be a part of the show.\u201d<\/p>\n White Collar<\/em> aired for six seasons from 2009\u20132014 and made fans fall in love with charming con man Neal Caffrey, who pairs up with FBI Special Agent in Charge Peter Burke (Tim DeKay<\/strong>) as a criminal informant and solves cases week after week. The series cast includes Tiffani Thiessen<\/strong> as Peter\u2019s wife Elizabeth Burke, Marsha Thomason<\/strong> as FBI Agent Diana Berrigan, Sharif Atkins<\/strong> as Agent Clinton Jones, Hilarie Burton<\/strong> as Sara Ellis, and Natalie Morales<\/strong> as Agent Lauren Cruz.<\/p>\n No further information is available currently, but you can watch out for other developments in this space.<\/p>\n
