Ariana Grande<\/a> dressed to the nines as she stepped out to support rumored boyfriend <\/span>Ethan Slater<\/a>‘s latest project.\u00a0On Thursday, the “Save Your Tears” singer wore a glam black velvet gown to attend the opening night performance of <\/span>Monty Python’s Spamalot <\/span><\/em>on Broadway, in which Slater plays\u00a0The Historian\/Prince Herbert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Grande was snapped outside\u00a0the St. James Theatre in New York City signing autographs for fans. She sported a timeless look, accessorizing her strapless dress with sheer black gloves, black heels, a black bag and a black coat draped over her elbows to show off her bare shoulders. Grande slicked her blonde hair back into a simple pony and completed her look with pearl drop earrings and a classic red lip.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n While Thursday marked <\/span>Spamalot<\/span><\/em>‘s official opening, Grande also\u00a0<\/span>previously attended an early performance<\/a> of the show on Halloween night.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Slater hit the red carpet with his castmates —\u00a0Jimmy Smagula, Taran Killam, Leslie Kritzer, Nik Walker, Christopher Fitzgerald, Michael Urie and James Monroe Iglehart — before the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Just last week, Grande and Slater\u00a0<\/span>were spotted together backstage at\u00a0Gutenberg! The Musical!<\/em><\/a>\u00a0where they posed with the show’s stars,\u00a0<\/span>Andrew Rannells<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Josh Gad<\/a>. They attended the show with Slater’s <\/span>Spamalot <\/span><\/em>co-star, Urie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Rannells posted photos with the stars backstage on Instagram, writing, “We had some big fun in Schlimmer yesterday!\u00a0<\/span>Spamalot<\/span><\/em>\u2019s Ethan Slater AND Michael Urie! Two great guys to eat dreams with. Plus Ariana Grande! It was a perfect Sunday. Go see\u00a0<\/span>Spamalot<\/span><\/em>! \ud83e\udde1\ud83e\udde1\ud83e\udde1”<\/span><\/p>\n A source\u00a0told ET last month<\/a>\u00a0that Grande and Slater\u00a0are “on the same page” and “still very excited about their relationship,” amid their respective divorces. “Ariana thinks Ethan is ridiculously talented, likes that they can relate to each other and that he challenges her; artistically speaking,” the source adds. “Ethan wants the best for Ariana and for themselves as a couple. They support and elevate one another.”<\/span><\/p>\n After working together on the highly anticipated <\/span>Wicked<\/em><\/a>\u00a0film adaptation, Grande and Slater’s rumored romance was reported back in July. Grande was in the process of finalizing her divorce from Dalton Gomez, which was\u00a0<\/span>made official on Oct. 6<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>Slater split<\/a>\u00a0from wife Lilly Jay on July 26.<\/span><\/p>\n Slater’s gig in <\/span>Spamalot <\/span><\/em>marks his first return to the Great White Way since starring in the titular role of\u00a0<\/span>SpongeBob Squarepants, The Broadway Musical\u00a0<\/span><\/em>in 2017.
