What happens in Vegas doesn\u2019t stay in Vegas when you\u2019re Celine Dion<\/strong><\/a>. After more than three years out of the public eye, the \u201cI\u2019m Alive\u201d singer \u2014 who revealed in late 2022 that she\u2019s suffering from a rare neurological disorder called Stiff-Person Syndrome \u2014 was spotted attending a hockey game<\/a> at Las Vegas\u2019 T-Mobile Arena with her sons, Ren\u00e9-Charles<\/strong>, 22, and twins Eddy and Nelson, 13. \u201cMy boys and I had such a fun time,\u201d she wrote on Instagram of the October 30 match between the Montreal Canadiens and the Vegas Golden Knights. \u201cThey played so well, what a game!\u201d<\/p>\n The Sin City thrills didn\u2019t stop there, though. A week later, the music superstar and her two youngest children were also in the crowd as Katy Perry<\/strong> performed the final concert of her \u201cPlay\u201d residency at Resorts World Theatre on November 4. \u201cCeline is done hiding,\u201d a source exclusively<\/a> tells Life & Style<\/em>. \u201cShe\u2019s been through hell with her Stiff-Person diagnosis and before that were years of confusion and fear, trying to figure out what was wrong. It has been a very long, difficult road. But with the help of her family and many doctors and therapists, she seems to finally have things under control.\u201d\n<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Celine canceled her 2023 and 2024 Courage World Tour dates due to muscle spasms. \u201cYou know [how] people often jump up in the night because of a cramp in the leg or the calf? It\u2019s a bit like that, but in all muscles,\u201d the celebrity\u2019s sister, Claudette Dion<\/strong>, 74, said in an interview with Hello! Canada<\/em> this September. \u201cThere\u2019s little we can do to support her, to alleviate her pain.\u201d<\/p>\n While Celine is \u201cfeeling better\u201d now, and venturing out more, \u201cshe knows her limitations,\u201d says the insider. \u201cThere are good days and bad days. It can be scary to have people see her so vulnerable.\u201d<\/p>\n But she\u2019s lucky to have the love and support of her sons. \u201cHer kids are really her motivation,\u201d shares the insider, noting the boys\u2019 father, Celine\u2019s beloved husband Ren\u00e9 Ang\u00e9lil, passed away in 2016<\/a> at age 73 following a long battle with cancer. \u201cThey give her the strength to push herself.\u201d<\/p>\n However, performing again is not in the cards yet. Despite reports that \u201cQueen of Power Ballads\u201d Celine sang a few notes during a locker room visit with Canadian players after the hockey game on October 30, \u201cshe is not in the condition to get back on stage or in the recording studio,\u201d says the insider. \u201cMaybe she\u2019ll return to music in the future, but she\u2019s not putting pressure on herself.
