Things are getting even more serious in Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s relationship, as their parents are set to meet when the Ohio native\u2019s Kansas City Chiefs square off against his brother Jason Kelce\u2019s Philadelphia Eagles for the November 20 Monday Night Football game.<\/p>\n Travis\u2019 parents, Donna<\/strong><\/a> and Ed Kelce<\/strong><\/a>, will be in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium to watch their sons play against each other for the first time since the 2023 Super Bowl. At the game, they\u2019re expected to meet Scott<\/strong><\/a> and Andrea Swift<\/strong><\/a>, Entertainment Tonight<\/em> reported on Wednesday, November 15.<\/p>\n Taylor\u2019s father, Scott, 71, is a lifelong Eagles fan, and bonded with Travis<\/a>, 34, when they watched the Grammy winner perform<\/a> on night two of her Eras concert tour stop in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on November 11.<\/p>\n At the concert, Scott was seen wearing a Chiefs lanyard around his neck with his show credentials, and it was all Travis\u2019 doing in turning him into a fan.<\/p>\n \u201cI might have persuaded him at dinner the night before, when I met him,\u201d Travis told Jason, 36, during the Wednesday, November 15 episode of their \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n The Eagles star wasn\u2019t too thrilled asking, \u201cWhat are we doing, Scott? You\u2019re gonna let this man\u2019s devilish good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? Ridiculous.\u201d<\/p>\n Travis also revealed what \u201ca huge football guy\u201d Taylor\u2019s dad is.<\/p>\n \u201cHe played college ball, I believe a year at Hawaii and then a year or two \u2014 I forget how long \u2014 he was at Delaware,\u201d Travis explained, adding Scott played linebacker and center, the same position Jason plays. The elder brother now wants to meet Taylor\u2019s dad, as he responded, \u201cWe\u2019re going to have to get together and talk some center shop one day.\u201d<\/p>\n Meeting each other\u2019s parents was important to both Taylor, 33, and Travis from the start of their romance. When attending her first Chiefs game on September 24, Taylor sat with Donna, 71, in a skybox at Arrowhead Stadium while the pair cheered on Travis<\/a> as his team beat the Chicago Bears. The \u201cKarma\u201d singer was seen giving Donna hugs and talking closely.<\/p>\n Taylor met Travis\u2019 dad, Ed, as the pair watched the Chiefs\u2019 Thursday Night Football home game against the Denver Broncos on October 12.<\/p>\n The brothers joked about it the following week on their podcast. \u201cPapa Kelce in the spotlight,\u201d Jason laughed, adding, \u201cIf you were watching the game, you saw something momentous happen, which was Taylor Swift talking to Ed Kelce.\u201d<\/p>\n Travis responded, \u201cYou know Dad like I know Dad. This is a terrifying conversation. I felt terrible for Taylor for being in this.\u201d<\/p>\n Scott accompanied Taylor on the first leg of her South American tour, and Travis flew into Buenos Aires<\/a> on November 9 via private jet. The three had dinner the following night at hotspot Elena before Taylor\u2019s show the following day.<\/p>\n Fans went wild seeing Taylor\u2019s father and Travis bonding so closely. Scott even went in to give the NFL star a high five when his daughter changed the lyrics to \u201cKarma\u201d<\/a> to include the line, \u201cKarma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me.\u201d However, Travis was so thrilled he had his hands on his face in amazement and failed to see the gesture.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, Mr. Swift, I apologize big guy,\u201d he later said. \u201cMan, I missed that.
