Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a> spilled all the tea on his trip to Argentina<\/a> with girlfriend Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> on the Wednesday, November 15 episode of his \u201cNew Heights<\/a>\u201d podcast. Most importantly, he shared his reaction to the singer changing the lyrics<\/a> to her song \u201cKarma\u201d to be about him while he was in the crowd<\/a> at the Eras tour on November 11.<\/p>\n \u201cI had no clue \u2026 well, I might\u2019ve had a little bit of a clue,\u201d Travis, 34, told his older brother, Jason Kelce<\/strong>. \u201cBut definitely when I heard it come out of her mouth it still shocked me. I was like, \u2018Oh s\u2013t, she really just did that!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Taylor, 33, references her actor ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn<\/strong><\/a> in the original \u201cKarma\u201d lyrics when she sings, \u201cKarma is the guy on the screen, coming straight home to me.\u201d However, she used a reference to Travis\u2019 football team at the November 11 concert instead: \u201cKarma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me.\u201d<\/p>\n Before getting into the details of the weekend, Jason, 36, acknowledged that Travis had previously said that he wants to keep his personal life private amid his relationship with Taylor. The tight end was willing to share some details of this trip, though, as he pointed out, \u201cThis is public knowledge. I could still keep that part private, but this part is public. I went down to Argentina<\/a> and it was a whole bunch of fun.\u201d<\/p>\n The NFL star watched the concert<\/a> with Taylor\u2019s dad<\/a>, Scott Swift<\/strong>, and Jason called him out for leaving the businessman hanging when he went for a high five after the lyric change. \u201cMr. Swift, I apologize, big guy!\u201d Travis insisted. \u201cI missed that. I never miss a high five, too. I\u2019m a big high five guy. So, sorry Mr. Swift.\u201d<\/p>\n Travis and Taylor<\/a> also went to dinner with Scott, 71, on November 10, which appears to be the first time the men met. \u201cI may have persuaded him [to become a Chiefs fan] the night before [the concert] when I met him,\u201d Travis joked. \u201cHe\u2019s a big football guy.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cAnti-Hero\u201d singer was meant to have a concert on November 10, but it was postponed<\/a> to Sunday, November 12 due to weather. \u201c[Taylor] wasn\u2019t too happy about it,\u201d Travis admitted. \u201cShe kind of prides herself on performing through weather and rain and stuff like that, but when it\u2019s unsafe for her and her crew and everybody in the stadium, you gotta do what you gotta do.\u201d<\/p>\n Regardless, Travis had an incredible time for his first trip south of the equator. \u201cThe show was even more electric knowing that I had a little bit more to enjoy it for,\u201d he shared. \u201cTaylor absolutely ripped it. She killed it<\/a>. And it looked like she was having some fun up there.\u201d<\/p>\n It was definitely a full circle moment for Travis, who hadn\u2019t even met Taylor yet when he attended his first Eras tour show in July. After the concert, the football player publicly spoke about how he had wanted to give<\/a> the pop star a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it at the show but didn\u2019t get the opportunity to.
