Joey Fatone<\/strong><\/a> has been working on his fitness<\/a> \u2014 and he wants more men to be open about cosmetic procedures<\/a> they\u2019ve had done.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not a huge person [for] working out,\u201d the \u2019NSync singer<\/a>, 46, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> while promoting his partnership with AirSculpt<\/a>. \u201cSometimes even when you work out and people work out, there\u2019s certain areas that you just cannot get rid of.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fatone explained that he had trouble with one area in particular and decided to consult with AirSculpt about body contouring. Within one month, he started to see results.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s pretty crazy, pretty interesting how the results have worked very quickly,\u201d he said, noting that his jawline and stomach have been looking noticeably slimmer lately. \u201cEven when you work out, you don\u2019t see the results right away. So, you literally see the results within less than a month.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pop star went on to note that he hasn\u2019t \u201creally measured\u201d himself since the procedure, but he thinks he\u2019s lost about 10 pounds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery time I\u2019ve been weighing myself, I\u2019ve been around 245, 237. It bounces back and forth,\u201d he told Us<\/em>. \u201cEverybody does that almost 10-pound kind of spread. And I just weighed myself and I was 225 and I\u2019m like, \u2018What?!\u2019 I haven\u2019t seen 220s in a very long time. So, I\u2019m excited about it. And then obviously I think that\u2019s just a kickstart to me to go forward and do more.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fatone explained that he wants to be open about how body contouring helped him because men so rarely talk about undergoing cosmetic work.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo many women are very vocal about their procedures and things that they do. Why not men? What is the big deal?\u201d he asked. \u201cI mean, let\u2019s be really real. My hair, I\u2019ve done plugs in my hair. I know my hair was falling out. It\u2019s not my fault. It\u2019s genetics. What are we going to do? I\u2019m going to put some plugs in. Heck yeah, I am. Same thing with my body. We were born in different ways genetically. \u2026 So, we just try to figure out, \u2018How do we get rid of it?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite being in the public eye, Fatone said he doesn\u2019t worry about what people think of his appearance \u2014 he just wants to make sure he stays healthy.<\/p>\n
