Sisters Season 5\u2026 and it kicks off with some positive news for this long-time cast member:<\/p>\n<p>After spending 14 months in a rehab facility dedicated to weight loss, Tammy finally heads (TLC)<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>After declaring how she lost 300 pounds while she was away and is ready to \u201cconquer the world,\u201d the same cannot be said for Tammy\u2019s husband, Caleb Willingham.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s still in Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio when these episodes air\u2026 and he\u2019s up to 537 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt bothers me that he\u2019s backsliding,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/1000-lb-sisters-tammy-slaton-home-rehab-amy-slaton-exclusive-8401042\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tammy says in a preview<\/a> unveiled by People Magazine, adding in this footage:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know if he has the strength to do this on his own.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image href=\"https:\/\/www.thehollywoodgossip.com\/2023\/07\/caleb-willingham-tammy-slatons-estranged-husband-dead-at-41\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Willingham would pass away<\/a> at the young age of 40 just a few months after Season 5 started filming.<\/p>\n<p>No exact cause of death has been confirmed, but insiders previously echoed what Slaton says above:<\/p>\n<p>Caleb had fallen off his diet and exercise wagon and was <em>gaining<\/em> weight instead of slimming down and getting healthy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRip sweet angel.
