Kim Zolciak-Biermann<\/strong><\/a> and Kroy Biermann<\/strong><\/a> appeared to enjoy an Italian dinner to celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary \u2014 despite their impending divorce.<\/p>\n

Kim, 45, took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, November 11, to show off their meal at Mezza Luna Pasta and Seafood in Smyrna, Georgia.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the best bruschetta I\u2019ve ever had in my life,\u201d the Real Housewives of Atlanta<\/em> <\/a>alum said as she showed off a variety of plates. This is the lasagna. This is amazing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kroy, 37, chimed in, \u201cUnreal.\u201d Kim and Kroy also shared a toast with restaurant management.<\/p>\n

Kim and Kroy married in 2011 and share children Kroy \u201cKJ\u201d Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9. Kroy also adopted Kim\u2019s eldest daughters \u2014 Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 22 \u2014 following their nuptials. Both Kim and Kroy filed for divorce<\/a> in May.<\/p>\n

Court docs obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> at the time listed the pair\u2019s date of separation as April 30. The split quickly got messy. Kim requested to have Kroy drug-tested<\/a> and alleged that she she had \u201cserious concerns\u201d for the kids\u2019 safety. Kroy, who was seeking sole custody of their children,<\/a> alleged that Kim had a gambling problem and needed a psychological evaluation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Despite all the drama, it seemed like they worked out their differences when they called off their divorce<\/a> in July. However, their reconciliation was short-lived. Kroy filed for divorce again<\/a> in August, seeing full custody of their children, alimony, child support and exclusive use of their Atlanta-area home.<\/p>\n

Weeks later, Kim took to Instagram to claim that they were fine. \u201cI\u2019m living here [and] not going anywhere! Been working on our marriage and have been living as husband and wife,\u201d she shared via Instagram Story on September 8.<\/p>\n

Days later, a source exclusively told Us<\/em><\/a> that the couple are \u201call over the place,\u201d adding, \u201cIt\u2019s a constant yo-yo that never seems to end.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kim claimed in court documents later that month that she and Kroy had sex several times<\/a> since filing for divorce in May. Kroy\u2019s legal team, however, fired back by saying he still wanted a divorce<\/a>.<\/p>\n
