Adam Driver<\/strong><\/a> is sharing how he really feels about a fan calling out a scene in his upcoming film Ferrari<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat do you think about [the] crash scenes? They looked pretty harsh, drastic and, I must say, cheesy for me,\u201d an audience member asked during a Q&A<\/a> on Sunday, November 12, at the film\u2019s screening at Poland\u2019s Camerimage Film Festival. \u201cWhat do you think?\u201d<\/p>\n

Driver, 39, quickly shut down the criticism: \u201cF\u2013k you, I don\u2019t know? Next question.\u201d<\/p>\n

He accepted the Special EnergaCamerimage Award for an Actor at the film festival and introduced Ferrari as an entry in the Camerimage Main Competition, according to Variety<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tNEON\/YouTube Adam Driver is ready to take on the role of Enzo Ferrari in the upcoming drama about the Italian sports car entrepreneur. Ferrari tells the story of the automotive titan and how he began to grow his car company following his retirement as a Formula 1 driver. However, Ferrari, the businessman, faces a series [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Driver plays Italian sports entrepreneur Enzo Ferrari in the biographical drama, which also stars Penelope Cruz<\/strong><\/a>, Shailene Woodley<\/strong><\/a> and Patrick Dempsey<\/strong><\/a>. Jack O\u2019Connell<\/strong>, Sarah Gadon<\/strong> and Gabriel Leone<\/strong> round out the Ferrari<\/em> cast.<\/p>\n

The film is set in 1957 and follows Ferrari as he enters his racing team in the iconic Mille Miglia. During the 1000-mile race across Italy, driver Alfonso de Portago blew a tire of his Ferrari sports car and crashed into the crowd.<\/p>\n

As a result, nine people were killed. Ferrari as well as the tire manufacturer were charged with manslaughter, but the case went on to be dismissed.<\/p>\n

A trailer for the highly-anticipated film was released in August and featured a few words from Driver before the screen faded to black: \u201cIf you get into one of my cars, you get in to win.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Driver may appear to be driving cars in the film, he revealed he was not actually allowed to control any cars while on set.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey wouldn\u2019t let me drive the cars for insurance reasons,\u201d Driver shared at the 80th annual Venice Film Festival<\/a> in August. \u201cAs I said before, making a movie is a miracle and they don\u2019t want me touching the thing that\u2019s the most expensive part on the [set].\u201d<\/p>\n

Driver confessed that a dolly is behind the wheel in the beginning of the film. \u201cAgain, they don\u2019t trust me with small pieces of equipment,\u201d he joked. \u201cBig pieces of equipment, like sandwiches, they\u2019ll let me handle.\u201d<\/p>\n
