Kendra Wilkinson<\/strong><\/a> is feeling much better<\/a> two months after a panic attack sent her to the emergency room.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just recently finished treatment for my depression and anxiety<\/a>,\u201d Wilkinson, 38, wrote via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, November 10. \u201cBeyond happy to share this information.\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cBeing a solo act can get heavy sometimes<\/a> and life can get challenging but I do the best I can and push with positive energy. [I\u2019m] back on my feet.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Playboy model further noted that her \u201cheart is full of gratitude\u201d while she has been hanging with \u201cgreat\u201d friends and \u201ctaking care of my babies and myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>confirmed in September that Wilkinson \u2014 who shares son Hank IV, 13, and daughter Alijah, 9,<\/a> with ex-husband Hank Baskett<\/strong> <\/a>\u2014 visited a hospital emergency room<\/a> after suffering a panic attack. Wilkinson\u2019s rep told Us <\/i>that the Girls Next Door <\/i>alum was not admitted and went home \u201cshortly\u201d after her arrival.<\/p>\n

Wilkinson noted on Saturday that she\u2019s also returned to work selling real estate<\/a> since completing her treatment. She previously found a second career as a realtor in Los Angeles, which has been chronicled on her two-season Max reality show<\/a>, Kendra Sells Hollywood.<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cIt just really makes me feel good about myself when I close deals,\u201d Wilkinson exclusively told Us <\/i>in May<\/a> of her new job. \u201cAnd my kids are proud of me when I do that. They won\u2019t be proud of me if I bring in some strange dude [I\u2019m seeing].\u201d<\/p>\n

She continued at the time: \u201cThey\u2019re proud of me for closing deals and that\u2019s what I wanna continue. I\u2019m really grateful for this chance I\u2019m getting in my life, so I don\u2019t really know if I date someone \u2026 it\u2019s, like, I wouldn\u2019t wanna take away from this great experience for, like, you know, like a date or something.\u201d<\/p>\n
