In a surprising twist of events, Becca Serrano<\/strong> abruptly chose to leave Bachelor in Paradise<\/em><\/a> after only one episode. Becca first appeared in Zach Shallcross<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 season \u200b27 of The Bachelor<\/em><\/a> \u200bin 2023, \u200band was sent home on night one, but this time it was her decision to leave the competition.\n<\/p>\n When the rose ceremony in the \u200bNovember 9 episode began, host Jesse Palmer<\/strong><\/a> noticed Becca was missing from the group. When he went to investigate her absence, she explained.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel like there was lots of doubt about my relationship with Brayden, and I\u2019m kind of listening to that,\u201d the nursing student explained. \u201cI want to see if what we have is real, but I just am afraid that, what if it\u2019s not?\u201d<\/p>\n Jesse gave her the option to come back with him to the rose ceremony, and at first, it seemed like that\u2019s exactly what she was doing. However, she made an abrupt left turn and walked up the steps and out of Paradise<\/em> forever without another word.<\/p>\n Becca\u2019s sudden departure from the sandy beaches of Mexico<\/a> shocked viewers and contestants alike, especially after she seemingly had a successful date with Brayden Bowers<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Soon after her arrival in Paradise<\/em>, the California native set her eyes on Brayden and asked him on a date. He happily obliged and later Becca gushed about the good time the two had together.<\/p>\n \u201cHonestly, I couldn\u2019t have asked for a better first date, for literally just coming in,\u201d she told \u200b\u200bJesse during the episode. \u201cSo I\u2019m pretty happy about that.\u201d<\/p>\n Brayden also raved about their time together and even said that Becca was \u201c100% getting his rose\u201d that night.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, he never got the chance.<\/p>\n When Jesse returned to the cast he said, \u201cI found Becca, I was able to talk to her, and she wasn\u2019t sure if she wanted to take part in the rose ceremony. And, unfortunately, she decided to leave Paradise<\/em> forever.\u201d<\/p>\n Everyone remains fairly confused on Becca\u2019s decision to self-eliminate after one date, and she hasn\u2019t addressed her decision since leaving. Bachelor in Paradise<\/em> season 9<\/a> filmed in June 2023, so she\u2019s had plenty of time.
