\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Keke Palmer<\/strong><\/a> notched a win in court while facing off with Darius Jackson<\/strong><\/a> amid allegations of physical and emotional abuse. <\/p>\n The 30-year-old actress filed a restraining order against her ex earlier this week and requested full custody of their son Leodis<\/strong>, who they welcomed earlier this year. <\/p>\n On Friday (November 10), both of her requests were granted, at least temporarily. <\/p>\n Read the latest about Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to reporting by People<\/a>, a judge granted both Keke <\/strong>and Leodis <\/strong>restraining orders against Darius<\/strong>. He may not be within 100 yards of either of them, nor can he be near where Leodis<\/strong> goes to school. <\/p>\n Keke<\/strong> was also temporarily granted full legal and physical custody. At the moment Darius <\/strong>has not been granted any visitation rights. <\/p>\n The couple will return to court on December 5 for the next steps. <\/p>\n Along with a description of the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of Darius<\/strong>, Keke <\/strong>included photographic evidence<\/a> in court documents that appears to corroborate two instances of physical abuse. <\/p>\n Thus far, Darius <\/strong>has not directly responded to the allegations against him.
