According to the report \u2013 which emerged a month after 14 current and former Tonight staffers accused the Emmy winner, 49, of creating an unpleasant work environment in a scathing Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a> article \u2014 Jimmy had even moved from NYC to Mill Neck on Long Island amid the relationship drama. But now \u201che\u2019s picking up the pieces, both at the office and at home,\u201d an insider tells Life & Style<\/em>. \u201cJimmy is turning over a new leaf \u2013 he apologized to his staff, is making family time a priority and has sought out counseling to change old patterns that don\u2019t suit him any longer.\u201d<\/p>\n The Rolling Stone<\/em> piece claimed that constantly changing leadership and Jimmy\u2019s erratic behavior (including being intoxicated on more than one occasion<\/a>) had affected the mental health<\/a> of employees.
