On the newest episode of Southern Charm<\/em><\/a>, Craig Conover<\/strong><\/a> confessed his desire to become a father made him think about breaking up with Paige DeSorbo<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m sitting around waiting for her to decide if she\u2019ll be ready to move in together<\/a>,\u201d Craig, 34, told pal Rodrigo Reyes<\/strong> on the Thursday, November 9, episode of the Bravo series. \u201cMe and Paige, we\u2019ve been together for a while now. I know I am right now being like, \u2018It\u2019s time to s\u2013t or get off the pot.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Craig, who has been dating Paige, 31, since summer 2021<\/a>, noted that \u201cif it was up to [him],\u201d he would \u201cbe engaged by the end of the year.\u201d (The Southern Charm<\/em> episode was filmed in early 2023.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI want that story book life. I do want the white picket fence,\u201d he shared. \u201cI just want to make sure we continue to trend in that direction.\u201d<\/p>\n

Craig explained that his \u201cfuture always consisted of a family with kids,\u201d which led to him questioning whether Paige is worth the wait. \u201cWhat do I want more? Do I want to be with Paige and be patient to eventually have that family with her? Or do I want the family so bad that I\u2019m going to leave the love of my life?\u201d he pondered, before confirming that he doesn\u2019t want kids with someone he doesn\u2019t love.<\/p>\n

While the Sewing Down South founder<\/a> revealed he will \u201cnever settle\u201d when it comes to his happiness, he confessed with Paige \u201cit does feel like we\u2019re spinning in circles a little bit<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Craig continued to express frustration with his and Paige\u2019s current relationship trajectory during a confessional interview. \u201cPaige is 30 and when we talk about this stuff, usually she\u2019s like, \u2018Well, I\u2019ll have kids at 35.\u2019 Five years from now, I\u2019ll be 40,\u201d he told the cameras. \u201cMy biological clock is ticking.\u201d<\/p>\n

Craig and Paige previously discussed the idea of her moving from New York to Charleston on season 7 of Summer House<\/em><\/a>, which filmed in summer 2022.<\/p>\n

During an April episode of the Bravo series, Paige confessed<\/a>, \u201cIf you were to propose to me tomorrow it would be amazing. But then it would immediately start the clock of \u2018When are you moving down? When are you planning your wedding?\u2019 If you proposed right now at this f\u2013king hoedown with a piece of hay, I would say yes. But it\u2019s a lot. I would be changing my whole life. I will be changing a lot more than you will be. I will be changing my whole life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paige cried over the thought of leaving her family and friends behind. She later confided in pal Amanda Batula<\/strong><\/a>, saying, \u201cThe thought of getting engaged and getting married and being someone\u2019s wife is very f\u2013king scary. Why doesn\u2019t anyone say it\u2019s terrifying?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSouthern Charm fans have seen many friendships come and go on the series, but when Austen Kroll joined the cast in season 4, his instant bond with Craig Conover was hard to miss. Conover quickly connected with Kroll in 2016 when he started filming with the Charleston, South Carolina, residents. Unlike most of the original [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Despite being concerned on Thursday\u2019s Southern Charm<\/em> episode of his future<\/a>, Craig exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> in September that he and Paige are \u201cgood\u201d after recently celebrating two years together.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think we\u2019ve hit a really good stride where we\u2019re not letting the unknown of the future [affect us],\u201d he explained, noting the pair are enjoying splitting time between the Big Apple and Charleston. \u201cI really only had rom-coms to base life off of. I thought you dated, there was a conflict and you got engaged after you made up and you got married.\u201d<\/p>\n
