\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n Every year People<\/em> names the Sexiest Man Alive<\/strong><\/a><\/em> and releases a list of other celebs who are among the list of sexiest throughout the year.<\/p>\n The 2023 Sexiest Man Alive <\/em>was just announced<\/a> with an actor over 50 years old, but it\u2019s not the first time someone of his age has been named.<\/p>\n This feature has been unveiled for several decades, after the first one being revealed in 1985, with then 29-year-old Mel Gibson<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Since then, 38 more celebrities have held the title, including one Sexiest Couple.
