Ryan Reynolds<\/strong><\/a> and Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s kids \u2014 James, 8, Inez, 7, and Betty, 3,<\/a> and an unnamed fourth child welcomed in February \u2014 have picked up on the importance of their dad\u2019s football club.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy relationship with my father was almost exclusively tethered and held together by our mutual love of sports<\/a>,\u201d Reynolds, 47, shared during a new episode of Welcome to Wrexham<\/em>, released on Tuesday, November 7. \u201cMy kids are obsessed with Wrexham. They\u2019re obsessed with Wrexham.\u201d<\/p>\n

Reynolds and Lively\u2019s eldest daughter, James, showed her love for Wrexham in a Welcome to Wrexham<\/em> episode which premiered last month. At the time, Reynolds had taken his 8-year-old to Wales for a football match<\/a>, which was full of excitement. (Us Weekly<\/em> reported her rare appearance at the game<\/a> this past January.)<\/p>\n

While James\u2019 face was blurred every time she was shown on camera, Reyolds was seen celebrating with his daughter<\/a> by hugging her every time Wrexham scored a goal.<\/p>\n

This week\u2019s episode of the FX docuseries, however, focused primarily on familial relationships within Wrexham AFC. Cochairman Reynolds\u2019 mom, Tammy Reynolds<\/strong>,<\/a> was featured as she spoke about his dad \u2014 late husband, James Chester Reynolds \u00ad\u2014 who died in 2015 following a battle with Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n

Wrexhman\u2019s fellow cochairman Rob McElhenney<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s family members were also featured. While his dad made an earlier appearance in the season, the actor\u2019s mom, Helena McElhenney<\/strong>, and her wife, Mary Taylor<\/strong>, were featured this time around.<\/p>\n

Wrexham player Ollie Palmer<\/strong><\/a> and his dad, Andy Palmer<\/strong>, were a focal point of the episode. CEO of Wrexham, Fleur Robinson<\/strong>, and her dad, Ben Robinson<\/strong>, also made an appearance.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Sports] is a safe place to always return to. So, no matter what happens. No matter how frayed or fractured your relationship might be, it\u2019s a common ground you can always come back to and reset and restart,\u201d McElhenney, 46, said in the episode. \u201cThis is a generational experience and there\u2019s so many things we inherit and we pass on. When I think about this experience with Wrexham, I try to think of all the wonderful things that were passed down to me and I try to take the best parts of those things and give those to my children.\u201d<\/p>\n

Olson, 48, was actually featured in the second Welcome to Wrexham<\/em> episode that premiered on Tuesday. She was joined by her husband and their It\u2019s Always Sunny in Philadelphia<\/em> <\/a>costars Charlie Day<\/strong><\/a> and Glenn Howerton<\/strong><\/a> as they watched Wrexham beat Yeovil Town 3 to 0 as the team\u2019s quest to being promoted to the English Football League comes to an end.<\/p>\n
